Altitude Unicorn Sathorn

Joint venture (Creed 49%) with an emerging local developer, Altitude Development.

Altitude was founded in 2014, and currently involved in condominium / landed housing / home office developments for locals (Total 9 projects, GDV: USD 150M). They are aiming for IPO in a few years.

The project targets middle income singles or DINKs employed in offices in the Sathorn-Silom area, and has started sales in July 2019.

In recent years in Bangkok, there are increasing number of nuclear families (parents and children, two generation family). Therefore there is a rising demand for condominium units near the city center with an affordable price range.
