Landed housing for local middle-class income is the main basis for our development plan as villages and population started to form around the locale, approx.8km east from NR3,one of the major highways.

High demand for housing is expected, surrounded industrial park by local conglomerate (Vatannac Industrial Park) and Phnom Penh SEZ within commuting distance.

Future developments are expected with the location of the new capital airport announced.
