Creed joined a township development which Sunsuria Berhad, a listed developer in Malaysia, conducted in 2014 and took over 100% of the project in 2016.
Under the special economic zone, called as “Medini”, governed by Malaysia government linked company, Creed developed the shop lots and multi-car parking commercial building. Creed is planning to develop service apartments with the range of affordable price for local people to own and stay.
