Kawana Golf Residence

Development and sales of a condominium located next to a golf course, a joint venture project with large industrial park developer, Jababeka, targeting local mid to high income households and investors.

Out of planned 13 towers, the first tower went on sales as a service apartment. Started the first tower as JV of shares Jababeka 60%, Creed 38%, and other partner 2%. Creed has preferential negotiation rights for the remaining towers.

By purchasing land through deferred payment, we make our initial investment amount small. We sold 90% in the first two months after starting sales.
