An Gia Riverside & Skyline

Joint venture with our local strategic partner, An Gia Investment. We conducted back finance for our partner’s equity.

Invested in both projects at once. We acquired land from the master developer using deferred payment method.

Project succeeded in branding as a JV project with a Japanese firm. Sold out all units in a short period of time: Riverside in August 2017, Skyline in December 2017.

The target for this project is middle-class locals.
